We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or a personal checks. Be sure to include your phone number and order number when sending check or money order by mail. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise. Any checks returned for non-sufficient funds will be assessed a $ 25.00 service charge plus any bank fees. Any declined credit card orders will be unpacked and charged a 10% re-stocking fee within 48 hours if you have not contacted us with new payment information. We now accept PayPal as an option for method of payment along with Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. We do NOT accept C.O.D. orders. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. We will accept returns within 30 days of your original purchase if you are not satisfied. Due to sanitary reasons, the following merchandise is NOT returnable under any circumstances, unless shipped by error on our part. This includes fragrances, dyes, waxes and additives. This policy is for your benefit to ensure that you get a safe, sanitary and 100% un-altered products. All returns must be pre-authorized before any merchandise will be accepted. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition or your returned items maybe rejected. All shipping charges for returned items are the customer's responsibility, unless shipment was our error. Original shipping charges will not be refunded and a 15% re-stocking fee will apply to all returned products, unless shipped was on our error. In-store credit only, no cash refunds are given unless shipment was our error.

We do NOT ship cases of wax via the Postal System. If you pick this service we will ship the case via UPS ShurePost and the balance of the order via the Postal System.
We use UPS, USPS and Spee-Dee for our shipping providers. As we don’t have control over these companies we cannot guarantee how long it will take to receive your order. Most pre-paid orders will ship out the same or next business day. In some cases during busy times it may take an extra day or more. Orders paid through PayPal with an eCheck will ship once the eCheck has cleared and we receive notice form PayPal that your payment has cleared. This may add 3-6 business days to the processing time. We will provide you with tracking numbers so you can track the progress of your order. So please plan ahead when you place your order. Multiple box shipments sometimes may not arrive at the same time so please watch the tracking information if your order does not all arrive at the same time. And in some cases your order may be split between two carries.
Shipping charges are calculated by weight and distance. Before you start the check out procedure you can check what the shipping charges will be. There is a shipping estimator at the bottom of the cart with Real Time shipping charges associated with your order. If you have not logged in or set up an account with our site you will have to enter your State and Zip code. Please note that we may bill you prior to shipping your order for additional shipping funds if our online shipping calculator did not produce an accurate quote. Our online shipping calculator is accurate for orders most of the time; however we do reserve the right to collect additional money to ship your order for any reason. Or we may change carriers to an equivalent method if the funds collected do not cover the method listed on your order. We will never ship your order without collecting all necessary shipping funds beforehand. If you call we are unable to give you shipping estimates. Due to Department of Transportation regulations not all fragrances can be shipped via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail. These fragrances have flash points under 142°F and can only ship via USPS Parcel-Post/Select, UPS Ground or Spee-Dee and ship to the contiguous 48 states only. Only fragrances with flash points at or above 200°F can be shipped to AK, HI and the US Territories with the exception of the 1oz bottles. Note that Spee-Dee only services a limited delivery area around the upper mid-west.
Please be aware when your order is arriving and don’t miss your delivery. If the carrier is unable to make delivery for any circumstance other than our error, you will be responsible for the cost of the re-turned shipment if the carries charges us, UPS does charge for re-turning undelivered packages, and you will be charged for the re-shipping of your order. If any packages are returned due to the customer refusing delivery will be billed for the original shipping charges, return shipping ( if we are charged ) plus a 15% re-stocking fee unless the order was refused per our direction because of an error on our part.
For orders not received please contact the carrier with your tracking number to track it down. Please note once your package leaves our warehouse we are not responsible for it for any reason (this includes, but not limited to, theft after delivery). We are not responsible for any damages to products incurred during transit. Do not accept damaged goods. All orders leave our facilely in excellent condition. All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours to the delivery company. Receiving customer is responsible for filling out damage claims with delivery company.
For Canadian customers you can place an order through the web site but you will need to have your order shipped to an US address on the border.

If a shipment is refused by you or returned by carrier because they could not deliver your shipment, you will be charged the original outbound freight, any in bound freight and 15% re-stocking charge.
Most items are in stock and ready to ship. Some items may need to be manufactured before your order can be shipped, so please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your order. Most orders are shipped by the second business day. Keep in mind that during the holiday season there could be even longer delays. If there is a long delay for part of your order we will ship what is in stock and the rest will be on backorder.
We have a $12.00 dollar minimum order amount, orders less than $12.00 will be charged a Handling Fee of $4.95
