Fragrances with flash points of 100°F to 141°F ship only to the lower 48 states via Ground ONLY (USPS Parcel Select or UPS Ground) 1oz bottles are exempt.Fragrances with flash points of 142°F to 199°F ship only to the lower 48 states via (First-Class or Priority Mail and UPS Ground) 1oz bottles are exempt.
Fragrances with flash points of 200°F and greater can ship to all 50 states via (USPS – all services or UPS all services)
